Quotes and estimates

Tools such as the cost calculator give indicative ranges only and are not an offer. A final quote is provided after we understand your requirements.

Payments

Fees, milestones and payment terms are set out in your project agreement. Third-party costs (such as ad spend, domains, hosting and stock assets) are paid by you unless agreed otherwise.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this website belong to CybillTech India. For client projects, ownership of final deliverables passes to you on full payment, unless the agreement says otherwise. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your content

You confirm that material you give us is yours to use and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

Results

We work carefully to achieve your goals but cannot guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic or sales.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site.
